There are some viscous clutch references whose assembly process might prove complex or differ from the usual one. Therefore, in order to facilitate the clutch installation to our clients, we have designed installation guides that explain in detail the steps that should be followed.

Besides, in Cojali we develop technical releases in which our Engineering Team provides a series of verifications that the technician must perform to ensure that the viscous clutch operates correctly.

These reports are included in the clutch box in paper format, but it is also possible to access them through the QR code printed on the sticker attached to the clutch box. This QR code directs to our workshop support and technical information programme for assembling, installing, calibrating and reprogramming components of Cojali brand.
